Description: This data was generally mapped from various printed Landuse Maps used in the Planning Department. Great care has been given to capture the essence of all the historical, current maps and the latest approved Landuse Changes. SANGIS parcel data was used as a base for drawing the Landuse boundaries. SANGIS parcel data is updated in regular basis and will change over time without notice. Changes in the SANGIS Parcel Data may or may not affect the Landuse. This data is to be used to evaluate and determine the current landuse designation and is recommended for preliminary assessment only. We highly recommend that before making any decisions confirm the landuse designation with the Planning Department. Feature attributes include: Landuse_Code, Resolution Number, Resolution Date, Acres, Landuse_Code_Print, File Number, Editor, Edit Source.
