Description: This feature class was created for looking up City of Oceanside Lot Split Maps. The City of Oceanside Subdivision Ordinance No.946, adopted on October 10, 1956, regulated the subdivision of property into four or fewer lots " Section 500 (a) When an owner or subdivider desires to split one or more lots so as to create not more than four lots and does not wish to record a subdivision map as provided by State Law and by other sections of this ordinance, and when no dedicaiton of streets, alleys or other public ways or easements are involved, it shall be done in the following manner"...These maps are not on file with County of San Diego Survey Records so the only way to find them is by contacting the City of Oceanside Engineering Department and so this feature is meant to assist in looking up the location of these maps. This feature contains a link for viewing these maps located online.
